Our group had a wonderful time at Joanne and Raymond's property. The Port Lane property we stayed couldn't be better; it's just a few minutes drive from Red Hook's shops, bars, and restaurants. There was a small grocery store nearby, but they also gave recommendations for other shops and must see locations around the island. The location was also very close to the ferry to St. John. Joanne and Raymond were extremely easy to communicate with from the time of booking throughout the entire stay. The house itself was spotless and extremely spacious, easily accommodating 5 guests with room to spare. Plus there was a private pool!

Me and a small group of family and friends rented the Port Lane property for a New Years vacation. The property was everything it was listed as and THEN some. The team at Philo Villas went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Easy check in and out instructions, we asked for some things to be there on arrival (water, some snacks, etc.) and all was there, they pointed out some local spots, and even gave us tips on how to maximize our enjoyment of the island. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back to the island and back to Philo Villas to book my next stay.

Absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. Our family of four had everything we needed and more for a relaxing week. The balcony was large with plenty of comfortable seating and the best view on the island. This was our favorite place to be at all times of the day. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless and had everything we needed. The laundry area was so great to have after beach days. We felt very safe and somewhat secluded during our stay, this is a quiet area but also pretty close to all the popular spots we wanted to visit.
